Terms and Conditions

Payments

You may pay by cash or card at Embrace; Visa and Mastercard welcome. We do ask that payments under £10 are made by cash only. Please note pricing is allocated dependant on the experience level of each team member and is found on our app. Pricing may be amended with or without notice at Managers discretion – see price list pdf.

Patch Testing 

Free patch testing is required at least 24 hours before any Tint, or Eyelash Lifting treatment. Please call in to our reception, prior to your appointment.

Age Restrictions

Due to health and safety reasons we are unable to accommodate children with you whilst you’re having your appointment. Children under the age of 18 may receive treatments with parent or guardian present. Age 16-18 year olds must obtain written consent from parent or guardian, forms available from our reception. Pamper Parties at Embrace are recommended for ages 11+. 

Online bookings:

Require card details to be stored on our secure payments system – your appointment deposit is subtracted from your final bill. Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking will be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost for the missed appointment. Timings shown are approximate appointment durations, not specific treatment timings.

Cancellations:

Embrace Hair and Beauty reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the service charge for cancellation or postponed treatments when less than 48 hours notice is given. Failure to turn up for appointments will mean a deposit to secure the appointment will be requested on any subsequent bookings.

Deposits: 

Deposits (50%) may be required for any treatments over 1 hour in duration or over £50 in value. Deposits are fully refunded provided there is at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. We reserve the right to request a 50% deposit on treatments at time of booking during exceptionally busy periods.

Group Bookings:

Deposits will be taken at the time of booking. Any amendments to group bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the treatments taking place. Any amendments made after that point may be subject to amendment charges. Duo Treatments are classed as group bookings.

Salon Opening Times:

Please refer to our website for our salon opening hours. We reserve the right to alter opening hours without prior notice.

Discounts:                                                                                                                              

We offer a variety of promotional benefits to our clients Only one discount type per payment can be used- i.e., Birthday, referral, or promotional etc

Gift Vouchers:

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers are redeemable against treatments and products. We regret that we are unable to provide duplicate vouchers for lost or stolen vouchers. Vouchers must be presented at the time of purchase. The Manager’s decision is final.

We endeavour to run to schedule, your punctuality is also appreciated. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you during your visit. Your feed back is very important to us. You will receive an email request to review your treatment after your service. Although we strive for quality and excellent customer service at all times, your feedback and suggestions allow us to improve upon our services. Pregnancy 

We are unable to offer some treatments during the first trimester. Please contact us for more information. Tanning products need to be tested prior to application – Please call into our reception 24 hours before treatment. 

Medical Concerns:

Please make us aware at time of booking if you have any health concerns or special needs we made need to be aware of in order to adapt your treatment.

LOYALTY REWARDS:

Treatcards are available for you to collect points and be rewarded for your loyalty to us. Points are rewarded for every pound spent on treatments and 2 points for every pound spent on products. Services may carry bonus points – Check our emailed newsletters for more information. Rewards are products or services you may not have tried before and given on a complementary basis providing a full price treatment is received on the same day. Cards are a personal reward and may not be shared.
